I have been in the Trenches working everyday for My clients and always putting them First in any Transaction. I understand that Trust is the Most Important factor in Relationships and everything else will follow. Having a Real Estate Licence is the First step to a great Career, However the importance of Proper Training and Communication is what sets us apart for being good and Great. My many years in this Industry demonstrates the willingness to keep improving, Learning, asking lots of questions.All agents either New or seasoned, must learn to work with our Peers and Clients. My goal is to better enhance Education and Communication.
The surge in Discount Brokerages, For sale By Owners and Other Entities is driving down the Professional Fees that we work so hard for.The long term repercussions in Our industry will make it harder to make a decent Living and the need for Human interaction in Real estate will always be Needed in my opinion. We must maintain the viability of Realtors as a highly integratable Profession and Uphold and demonstrate Why Our fees should not be Discounted or Reduced.
