Must be a current participant of the Housing Choice Voucher Program or a current voucher holder and must be in good standing with the agency and have no outstanding debts.
Must have a minimum gross annual income that equals the Federal minimum hourly wage times 2000 hours (except in the case of an elderly or disabled family, welfare assistance is not counted in determining whether the family meets the minimum income requirement).
Must have at least one adult family member, who will purchase the property, employed at least thirty (30) hours per week, and has been working thirty (30) hours per week for the past twelve (12) months.
