Properties currently tenant occupied are not eligible, properties must appraise at 100% of sale price, New construction properties are eligible for purchase provided that the foundation of the property is completed prior to a real estate contract being executed.
Properties, both structure & lot, cannot be located in flood zones per FEMA maps
The home purchase price may not be more than the lenders appraisal value
HUD homes are not eligible but bank foreclosures and short sales may be eligible on a case by case basis.
