Borrowers are required to have a minimum of the equivalent of two months of mortgage payments which include principal, interest, taxes, and insurance in cash reserves following the purchase of the home.
Borrower(s) must have continuous employment history for the past six months with verifiable employment for a minimum of one (1) year.
Manufactured homes are excluded from this program
No discount points will be charged to the borrower(s) by the first lien lender. This applies whether paid by the seller, borrower or other parties.
A thirty (30) day processing time is required which will begin only after ALL documents are received.
