Buyer must be a first-time home buyer.
Loans are taxable income with tax liability spread over 5 years.
Buyer must be a U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident Alien or Temporary Resident Alien with permission to work in the U.S.
Payment of mortgage insurance/guarantee fees/premiums is not allowed with the exception of the VA funding fee.
