I have lived in the east Houston area for about 30 years and for about 20 of those years I worked in different areas of the legal field, including real estate. My oldest son is in the oil industry, my daughter is a teacher in Dayton ISD and my youngest is in the Army. My family's roots are here and I want to do my part to see my grandchildren grow in an area that they can be proud to say "this is home".

Vivian was born and raised in the North Houston/Cypress area. After graduating from high school, she had a 31-year career in the electrical industry. Taking care of clients and customers' needs was her joy and focus throughout the years.

After graduating college, getting married and starting my family I looked into Real Estate and fell in love with it all over again. I went back to school to get my license and certifications and began my career in the fall of 2017. I am now completing my seventh year in real estate with over 100 transactions completed.
