I have been a Kingwood Resident since 1997. I am originally from New Iberia, Louisiana. Kingwood is an area many natives from other states have decided to call home. I have met many families from Louisiana and multiple other states. Kingwood has over 60,000 residents, plenty of shopping, miles of greenbelts, 5-18 hole golf courses, 10 elementary schools, 3 middle schools, a high school and a community college. Kingwood truly lives up to its name " The livable Forest" which is why so many people have decided to call it home.
