Phillip R. Ward is part of the fifth generation to be raised in agriculture on the 7UP Ranch in beautiful NW Brazoria County. Growing up in this rural environment peaked his interests in both the cattle and real estate markets that are ever changing and evolving with progress. Moving forward to better serve clients, he formed Seven Up Realty Group with his wife Kristy, headquartered on the border of the Brazoria/Fort Bend County line, to meet needs of the readily expanding area they call home. When not travelling to baseball diamonds (or football fields) with his son's, Phillip continues his 16+ years of coaching youth baseball in the community and is the active Little League President in his hometown of Damon, while maintaining his membership with the Texas & Southwestern Cattle Raisers Association.

Luis Zelaya came to US with a tremendous desire to build a better future for him and his beloved family. He immediately understood that hard work has its reward! Shortly after working three jobs he fulfilled his Home ownership dream!! That life changing experience infuse on Luis the desire to help families understand that Home Ownership beyond fulfilling a dream, has a huge financial implication on their lifetime!! Luis has also helped families looking to upgrade or downsize on space. In his off time, Luis enjoys spending time with his lovely wife and his 3 children.
