I have worked in the public service industry for over 15 years. The majority of my career has been dedicated to putting the best interest of my clients first. When I lived in California, I worked in Riverside County, advocating for the community to obtain health insurance, as well as a Social Worker and a Superior Court Appointed Conservator. During this time, I also obtained my degree in Human Services through the University of Phoenix and my Masters from Cal Baptist University. Now, as a full-time real estate agent, I am dedicated to my clients' needs. Leveraging my experience as an advocate in the social service field, I continue to have my clients' best interest at heart and educate each client throughout every step of the real estate process. My passion, top-notch training, and market insight helps my clients to achieve their real estate goals. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my husband and children. Susie Waits has lived in Magnolia, Texas since 2007. This has given her an opportunity to be a part of a community she loves and to form close relationships with local businesses and people. Susie became a licensed real estate agent in 2022.

Susie's experience hasn't always been in real estate. After earning her B.S., Economics at Texas A&M University, she spent the early part of her career working in wealth management, where she managed the day to day operations of client service and trading. Susie is also a partner in an e-retail business she owns and operates with her husband.

Susie is married to her husband, Chris, of 25 years, and together they have 3 wonderful children that they adore. Their family enjoys snow skiing, water sports, and camping, when they aren't spending time in their own home in the community that they love.
