Suzan Phenicie joins Martha Turner Sotheby's International Realty this year and brings a wealth of experience, accomplishments, and knowledge with her. Suzan grew up in the Texas Real Estate business, her father was a local Houston broker and a huge influence on her career. Through the years, Suzan has learned one important factor, the industry is always changing and it is paramount remain flexible and informed.
Understanding the market is key when estimating the value of a home. As a previous Economics Instructor, she believes that educating and guiding a client through this process is of the utmost importance. This can only be done through listening carefully, building trust and understanding the current climate of Texas Real Estate. Suzan's goal in every transaction is to become the trusted advisor.
