Sterling is focused on serving clients through all aspects of buying and selling homes as well as residential leases. His commitment & passion to serving his clients and willingness to go the extra yard has driven him to provide top-notch service to his clients.







Prior to pursuing a career in real estate, Sterling first attended Dallas Baptist University where he played ice hockey & ran track. He then transferred to Texas A&M University where he earned a Bachelor's Degree in Agribusiness, while also officiating junior & collegiate ice hockey on the side & coaching hockey camps over the summer. He also grew his business Sterling Knife Sharpening and built its reputation as one that provides top-notch quality service to its clients, which he still operates today.







In addition to that, he was invited to the NHL's Officiating Combine in 2017, and has officiated various levels of ice hockey including junior, collegiate, and pro.







The skills he has gained from playing, officiating, & coaching ice hockey as well as operating a service based business have translated seamlessly to his real estate career. His ability to navigate difficult situations, work well with others, make sound decisions, have patience, as well as his drive to provide a high level of service have been staples for what he provides in the real estate world. He is focused on putting each of his clients in a winning situation.







Sterling also has a tremendous passion for the outdoors & still coaches & officiates hockey to this day. When he isn't working with clients, you can usually find him at hunting & fishing with friends or at the hockey rink, or just merely being outdoors.

Hattie offers 11 years Real Estate experience with a Sales and Marketing background and a Bachelors' Degree in Business Administration. She is an Accredited Buyer Representative, New Home Construction Specialist and Experienced Listing Agent. She became involved with her family Real Estate business in 2009 and purchased her first property. In 2013 she began managing long term rental properties. In 2016, Hattie moved to Houston from the UK. She has helped many people buy, sell and lease in the Houston area. She is experienced and knowledgeable and passionate about helping people build wealth through Real Estate. Hattie uses effective questioning to truly understand her Clients' needs and provide relevant options. Hattie became licensed in the great State of Texas in 2019. As an Expat, she understands the challenges of moving overseas so is a great match for relocators as well as first time home buyers. Hattie absolutely loves our thriving City of Houston - her areas of speciality are Cypress, The Woodlands/Spring & The Heights - as she has lived in each of these neighborhoods, although she is quick to gain knowledge and happy to assist in other areas. Zaynah Munoz has been in the real estate industry for over a decade. After years of experience working in multifamily property management, Zaynah realized her ideal career would be one that fulfilled her love for finding people a place to live as well as starting a family friendly business she could pass down to her children. Zaynah works tirelessly to help families all over the Houston area find their dream home by using her expertise of the Houston Housing Market.
