Howdy! I'm Juliann Juli Dalton. As a Texas A&M graduate, class of '81, I am proud to call Houston my hometown, where I have raised and homeschooled my four children, taught 10 years in classrooms to homeschoolers, and welcomed eight grandchildren.

Becoming a real estate agent developed naturally from my passion for education combined with my heart to help others accomplish big goals and overcome obstacles. My teaching background is a great benefit, as I love educating my clients through their real estate decisions and transactions, serving their unique needs. There are many steps and legal documents involved in any real estate transaction, which can be overwhelmingespecially to first-time homebuyers. My main focus is to keep my clients informed and to make their real estate journey as stress-free as possible. Details matter, and I make those details count, both in the contracts and in the negotiations. Plus, I know my market very well. I am committed to trust, integrity, and service in all my transactions.

Having a strong military influence in my family also means that, as a family and as individuals, we never give up! And I will not give up on finding my clients the home that best fits their needs. I once spent over a year and a half working with clients who needed a multigenerational home. Just imagine trying to combine and find a compromise with three generations of decision-makers, each with their own interesting opinions and needs. But we did it, along with a pool as the unexpected bonus!
