I am not only a realtor, but also a real estate investor with experience in single family residential properties. I served for two years as the facilitator of the Women in Real Estate focus group for the Realty Investors Club of Houston.

Prior to being a realtor, I worked as a Certified Public Accountant in a corporate environment for 14 years. I understand how important a house is as an investment and a home. A home is typically the largest purchase you will make, and I can help you understand different financing decisions.

I am a native Houstonian and have never lived outside of the Greater Houston area. Born and raised in Clear Lake, I have also lived in and am very familiar with Montrose, Midtown, Pearland, the Heights, and the Galleria area. I have a vacation property in Galveston and have also helped several Buyers and Sellers in Galveston County.

Tracey knows that buying or selling a home is one of the biggest decisions that most people will ever make and that the people inside the home are what matter most. She has represented both buyers and sellers throughout her ten years of experience and is committed to providing excellent service no matter what side of the transaction you are on. Tracey is a member of the Houston Association of Realtors. She enjoys traveling, volunteer work, outdoor activities, and spending time with friends and family.

Karen Loving is an energetic, knowledgeable Realtor, who is passionate about providing clients with a level of service that exceeds their expectations. Karen has built her business on a foundation of integrity, excellence, and 30 years of experience in the Houston market.

Raised in St. Louis with five siblings, Karen grew up building furniture with her older brother, sparking her passion for home design and construction at a young age. She attended Missouri University of Science and Technology, graduating with a BS in Petroleum Engineering and a minor in Communications. Relocating to Houston, Karen then launched a successful career as an engineer and consultant in the oil and gas industry and earned a master's degree in Environmental Engineering from University of Houston.

As an area resident for more than 30 years, Karen has broad knowledge of the Greater Houston Metroplex. Across Clear Lake, The Woodlands, Sugar Land, and more, Karen spent years attending sporting and school events with her children and spending time with family. During her time in Houston, Karen has lived in six different communities, including central and northwest Houston, the Energy Corridor, and the Cypress area.

With her knowledge of the city, her love for design and engineering, and her experience in sales and communications, Karen was understandably attracted to the real estate profession. Overall, my capabilities have brought me to compose a passion in the Real Estate field. I have been able to help individuals buy, sell, and/ or lease residential and commercial properties, locate investment properties, help individuals and families sustain their properties due to setbacks or misfortunate times, as well as property manage for investors worldwide. I can handle responsibility, work independently/interdependently, and maintain good working relationships with clients to support their needs and expectation in this compacity. Becoming a Real Estate Agent and investor; it has earned me the skills, energy, work ethic, and ability to learn quickly that made me advance in this field and expand in business.
