Evaluation: Certified with the Pricing Strategy Advisor Designation, I do extensive comparable market analysis. But also stay on top the market to know when to advise my clients to make winning offers but not overpay. I also know how to price a home right to get multiple offers over asking to sell quickly.
Negotiations: Certified with the Real Estate Negotiation Designation, I have extensive experience negotiating on my client's behalf. I try to find out what's important to the other side of the deal, what's easy to give on my client's side and negotiate a deal that is mutually beneficial. This also means knowing how to stand up to pushy agents.
Inspections: I go to all my home inspections, read the inspection reports, I am familiar with what home inspectors look for. I point out issues with a home on first visit, noting any deferred maintenance items that may become an issue down the road. Likewise on the sale side, I can offer advice on what inspectors will be looking for to help make a smoother sale.
I take my role as an agent and fiduciary seriously. My client's best interests are my own best interest.

Kimberley's Houston roots run deep. Having grown up in the Cypress area and attended Lone Star College, Kimberley feels a strong connection to the Northwest Houston area. She says, "My long history here has truly enriched my life and has connected me to many neighborhoods over the years and provided an extensive knowledge of the local markets."
Kimberley thoroughly enjoyed working to build a custom home project located at 22 Huntington Woods Estates in Tomball, Texas. During the two-year process of working with the architect and then implementing the design by making material selections and coordinating with the subcontractors, she learned a great deal. There were also a few spec homes that were built in Magnolia as well. Previously, Kimberley also had experience with Real Estate Investing with a portfolio of properties in which she did some staging.
In her free time, Kimberley enjoys spending time with her three children, reading, biking, playing with her dog, and participating and volunteering in the community. Kimberley is also a proud mother of a United States Marine. She says, Being a patriotic American and having a son in the Marine Corps has also paved the way to hope and help those in our military by working with them in their real estate needs!
