A resident of Houston since 2007, Andrea knows the Houston area well! A graduate of the University of Houston, she attended and earned a Bachelor's Degree of Science. After the purchase of her first investment property, a duplex that also served as her primary residence, she was able to learn about different types of designs and how to manage renovations while staying within a budget. Then, with the acquisition of her second investment property, she transitioned to the rental process, from marketing, screening, finding qualified tenants, maintenance and management of her rental properties.
