Hello! I'm DeAnna Green, the CEO and Founder of The Nydan Group, LLC. I hail from North Carolina but have called Texas home since 2008. I spent the first 10 years of her career in the Property Management industry with the last 15 being focused on Corporate Housing and Real Estate.
As a wife and proud mother of three beautiful and gifted children, my professional passion and drive for excellence is the catalyst behind the success of The Nydan Group. Founded in 2016, Nydan Real Estate Group is the 1st division under The Nydan Group brand and is a boutique style firm that offers BIG business services. NRG currently has a team of four Real Estate Agents that provide residential real estate and apartment locator services to their clients. In addition, NRG provides temporary housing to major corporations, medical professionals, entertainment professionals and individuals that are relocating Texas.
With the success of NRG, my husband and I expanded our business portfolio by creating two new companies, Nydan Investment Properties, LLC and Nydan Lending Group, LLC. NIP covers investment deals, such as: Wholesale/Assignments, Fix/Flips, Buy/Hold, Multi-Family and Commercial projects. NLG offers Residential, Commercial and Consumer Lending options. By combining all three companies, I've leveraged my years of Real Estate experience to create a Full Brokerage Firm where everything Real Estate/Investment/Lending related is under one roof!

My name is Leigh Beard and I grew up Corpus Christi but have lived in the Houston/Cypress area since 2005. I've been working in Real Estate since 2017 and have loved every second of it. My only regret is not transitioning sooner. My first year I was named Rookie of the year and since then have been a Million Dollar Top Producer each year. I have worked with clients in almost every Houston Metro including Cypress, Katy, Spring, Conroe, Willis, Sugarland Missouri City, Brenham, The Heights, Tomball, Humble, Richmond and Pearland to name a few.











Buying a home is such a huge blessing but I also understand it can be stressful as well. I am here to walk each and every client through the process no matter if they are first time or seasoned home buyers/sellers. Knowledge, communication, respect and personal connection is key to successful closings and is very meaningful to all of my clients. In my spare time I enjoy hanging out with my family and friends. I love volunteering with my church, trying new restaurants, going to concerts and comedy shows as well as visiting Houston Zoo. Most important, I have 2 beautiful daughters that I am so very proud of. I look forward to helping you buy, sell or lease a home!!

A former flight attendant, Melissa learned much of what's needed to be successful at selling real estate while flying above it. First, of course, was the importance of good customer service. No flight was ever the same and anything could happen, so flexibility, good organization and patience were a must! Through the international routes she flew, she learned a lot about diplomacy and working with people of different cultures.

As a mother who raised three children in the Cy-Fair area, she certainly knows the needs of growing families – whether it's housing requirements, schools, shopping, neighborhood amenities, or available activities and businesses that cater to families. She is and always has been extremely involved in her community and schools through volunteer work.

Her philanthropic nature led her to join National Charity League, Cypress Belles Chapter, where she was very involved for 10 years, she served many board positions including president. As mother/daughter charitable organization, it has given her the opportunity to serve her community alongside her daughters.

Add to that, her membership in a book club, two tennis teams and her board membership on the BlackHorse Ranch's HOA, she's a veritable whirlwind of positive activity.

Erika received a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Mexico and a master's degree in Early Childhood. She began her career in Texas as an elementary teacher and after few years decided to obtain her real estate license in 2011. She continued to teach for several years and decided to work full time as a real estate agent in 2014.


By providing the highest level of integrity and commitment to each one of her clients, she gained experience over the years and obtained her Broker License in 2017.


Her years spent in the education industry helped her gain important skills that allow her to provide the best service to her clients in real estate.


Currently, Erika runs a successful Real Estate business that includes investment, property management, residential and commercial real estate. As a real estate Broker her priority is to make sure her clients are satisfied and comfortable with the real estate process. She listens to her clients wants and needs in order to achieve the best outcome in every transaction.
