Sarah Lee believes in service, "the old fashion way!" She provides Personal Service by finding out the needs of the clients and helping them to achieve their goals. As a Real Estate Broker/Owner, Sarah has been in the Real Estate Business since 1999. As a Former Educator for 16 years, she taught in the Cypress Fairbanks School District, Katy Independent School District, and the Leavenworth Public School System. She currently teaches three to four classes a month serving as a Certified Real Estate Adjunct Instructor for one of the largest and most successful real estate schools in the Houston area. As a spouse of a Retired Military Army Lieutenant Colonel, moving and relocating is an experience that she not only knows about, but has the skills and abilities to help others; whether relocating to another state or just across town. The Military Relocation Professional (MRP) certification has added to she ability to help military families relocate when it is time. I have lived in west Houston for over 30 cumulative years.  This has given me a strong appreciation for Houston and all that it has to offer!  My sphere of influence covers a wide range of people including childhood friends, fellow church members, oil field professionals, staffing, and all the support people and friends I have met along the way. 

I am blessed to be surrounded by wonderful people; particularly my daughter, Ashlyn. Family, friends and community are extremely important to me!

I am a results-focused professional with 20+ years in the work force.  I began my career in Human Resource Management and transitioned to real estate 4 years ago.  I started in this industry by working with a close friend as her assistant while learning to ropes.  Ed and I also started managing our own vacation rental properties in Gatlinburg TN in 2014. We have purchased, gutted and rehabilitated properties in the area and look forward to continuing this side of the business.  I am a hungry member of the NextHome Realty Center Team who can't wait to help you or a friend with their real estate needs. My primary areas of focus are Cypress and Northwest Houston neighborhoods (Cy-Fair ISD), where I have was raised and now enjoy raising my daughter.  My goal is to provide better customer service than I would expect to receive and that my clients walk away satisfied.  My favorite accolade is a referral!

I have a Master's Degree in Social Work from Cleveland State University with over 7 years of human service and child welfare experience. With my knowledge of Social Work theory and my education and employment experience, I am diversified in the areas of mental health, social work, education and community service based organizations that have all taught me effective ways of working with and understanding families and their needs. Overall, my capabilities have brought me to compose a passion in the Real Estate field. I have been able to help individuals buy, sell, and/ or lease residential and commercial properties, locate investment properties, help individuals and families sustain their properties due to setbacks or misfortunate times, as well as property manage for investors worldwide. I can handle responsibility, work independently/interdependently, and maintain good working relationships with clients to support their needs and expectation in this compacity. Becoming a Real Estate Agent and investor; it has earned me the skills, energy, work ethic, and ability to learn quickly that made me advance in this field and expand in business.
