Heather is a licensed REALTOR® and alumni of the Pennsylvania State University with a degree in business management. Upon graduation, she worked as a contract auditor for the federal government in Washington, D.C.- giving her a solid background in contract work. After relocating due to her husband's military assignment with the Marines, she began her career in real estate in San Diego, CA in 2011. A few years later, her family was relocated to Texas where she continues her work in real estate.

Heather is a proud member of the National Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, and the Houston Association of Realtors. She specializes in real estate in the Houston and Cypress, TX area where she loves to call home. She has experience with buying/selling and assisting with the pricing of over 250 homes. I am a native Texan with roots in both Beaumont & Austin. I graduated from Texas State University where I studied Psychology, Dance & Business with the opportunity to be a part of the Strutter Dance Team & Delta Zeta Sorority. After college I was privileged to work as a drill team director in the midst of starting a family with my husband, Scott. We have 3 kids & 1 Goldendoodle. I started my real estate career in 2005, and I love to serve my clients during the home-buying & selling process. There are many choices and opinions coming at the home buyer that can be stressful. Being an easygoing yet decisive person who is focused on what is best for my client, my goal is to make this process enjoyable. I love to help people, this is what makes real estate exciting to me. My years as a realtor, have taught me valuable lessons about this industry. Summer Patton brought to the team a background in the real estate title industry. She now has over 15 years of experience as a Realtor (originally doing her business in David's name) and two decades in real estate. She is a certified stager and has a Luxury Realtor designation along with years of selling properties valued over a million dollars. A graduate of Texas A&M, she enjoys owning a horse, and being an equestrian for over 30 years. One of her specialties is selling horse properties. Summer supports the American Heart Association (Circle of Red, Past Co-Chair), Centrum Arts League (Past Gala Chair), Frank PTO, United States Eventing Association, and is a graduate of Leadership North Houston.
