As a fifth generation Houstonian, having grown up in Bellaire, I have watched Houston grow exponentially into the bold and dynamic multi-national, multi-cultural metropolis it is today. Houston has provided the perfect environment to nurture and impart my love of culture to my family with a world-class symphony, opera, ballet and live theater. We love foodie scene in Houston with so many exciting choices-- and with the most restaurants per capita in the U.S. we will never run out of options. My husband and I never considered anywhere but Houston to raise our six children.

When our children were little, in between scouts and sports, we spent many weekends exploring open houses in all of the latest developments springing up on all sides of Houston--The Woodlands, Sugar Land, Friendswood, Katy, Pearland, etc--and we would dream of the perfect house in the perfect neighborhood. Since I always wanted to travel, in my life after being a stay-at-home mom and small business owner, I reinvented myself into a flight attendant. After 17 years of seeing the world with Houston's hometown airline, I decided there really is no place like home. Now, instead of providing first class service at 30,000 feet, I provide first class service to families looking to buy or sell their homes on the ground. As a flight attendant, my goal was to provided the attentive and personal service that I wanted as a passenger. As a REALTOR, my goal is to provide the same kind of first class service to my clients that I would want if I were buying or selling the most important and valuable asset, my home, that I am likely to own. I won't be satisfied until my clients are satisfied that they feel they have received the best value for their money and feel that they have achieved their dream.

Heidi Carrasco grew up in the Southeast side of Houston. She has lived in Houston the majority of her life and is so excited to be turning that community focus toward real estate.

Nieda Banks moved to Houston, Texas over 19 years ago from Tulsa, Oklahoma and has since called Houston home. Prior to becoming a Realtor she worked in the medical industry as a Surgical Technologist.That experience taught her the importance of being knowledgable, precise and leaving no room for error when it comes to making home buying decisions for her clients.

I know and love both the Houston and Galveston region, and have established deep roots. I was born in Galveston, Texas (B.O.I) and moved to the West Houston / Memorial area where I attended Stratford High School. I have lived in many different areas of Houston including the inner loop areas of The Heights and Bellaire. Having lived in the Houston area most of my life, I have extensive knowledge of the city specifically the Cypress, Katy, West Houston area. I am happy to be married to my wonderful husband and raising our two boys in the Cypress area. I am always thrilled to say that my proudest accomplishment is my family.
