Lex graduated with a BS in Accountancy and studied Law for a couple of years. He is an avid musician that grew up listening to the 90's alternative rock to heavy rock genres. It's his other passion to sing, whether in front of a crowd or with his two lovable kids & wife, with a mic or a spoon as long as he can entertain, music will always be food for his soul. After serving in the military for 4 years, I further pursue my education and graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Business at the University of Houston. My degree in business coupled with my passion to care for children, I opened up my own business in Childcare industry. Thru hard work, dedication and perseverance, me and my business partner/husband grow the business and have branched out on another location. My interest in real estate started from the time we were looking for the daycare locations. I have always been hands on and involved the entire time. It was then I discovered my fascination in real state. After years of watching real state TVs, attending seminars and growing passion in the Real Estate, I decided to get my license. Being new in this industry, I don't have much reference to showcase. But having been a meticulous real state buyer and have been into countless negotiations myself, I have a great understanding of how it is to be. My name is Leigh Beard and I grew up Corpus Christi but have lived in the Houston/Cypress area since 2005. I've been working in Real Estate since 2017 and have loved every second of it. My only regret is not transitioning sooner. My first year I was named Rookie of the year and since then have been a Million Dollar Top Producer each year. I have worked with clients in almost every Houston Metro including Cypress, Katy, Spring, Conroe, Willis, Sugarland Missouri City, Brenham, The Heights, Tomball, Humble, Richmond and Pearland to name a few.
