As a native to Houston, I have watched the city grow and expand its boundaries far past where I could have imagined. This city is strong and resilient and I'm proud to call Houston my home. I currently live in Northwest Houston and concentrate my efforts on that part of the city.

I have a Bachelor's degree in Finance and a concentration in Real Estate. I have worked every aspect of the industry representing sellers, buyers, investors and banks in both the residential and commercial market. In my practice of real estate, I am known for great customer service, consistent communication, strong attention to detail and ensuring a positive experience for all parties in a transaction.

I am a family woman with a devotion to God, my husband of 23 years and my 3 sons. In my free time I love to watch my boys play soccer and be active outside: running, walking my dog, boating on Lake Livingston and entertaining family and friends.

I have been trained and inspired in sales by two of the best Realtors in Houston and I am proud and honored to be a part of Boutwell Properties. I am a Platinum Realtor as well as a Professional Educator who lives in the Kingwood / Humble area that service clients throughout the Greater Houston Metropolitan Area. As a realtor with over fifteen years of experience, I try to make sure the home you purchase is just right for your style of living in this every changing Houston area. Vanessa Littler was born and raised in the Houston area and has worked in customer service all her life. Together w/ her mother and Team Lead, Lisseth DeLeon, they both started their estate career. Vanessa has been a vital piece in helping her mother grow and develop the DeLeon Group. It is always a must to strive into giving their clients the best home buying experience possible. Vanessa and the DeLeon Group dedicate themselves to educating the buyers of the home buying process from being to end. Their clients are always their number one priority and enjoy building long lasting relationships. Vanessa is a mother of two and knows the importance of family, love, and having somewhere to call home. Since the growth of the team, Vanessa is now the office manager of the DeLeon Group as well as continuing serve as a buyer's agent. Vanessa is bilingual in English and Spanish. Her heritage from her mother and father are from Nicaragua and El Salvador. Born in Bay City and a Houston area resident for more than 25 years, Lisa Adams knows her way around town. A resident of Cypress, Lisa is familiar with neighborhoods in the Cypress, Spring, Tomball, Conroe, Magnolia, Montgomery, Kingwood and Humble areas. She particularly enjoys the wide-open lush green spaces and fresh, clean air that draw people to Houston’s northern subdivisions.

With college training in interior design and psychology and a background in sales and insurance, Lisa brings much to her profession: integrity, honesty, excellent customer service, proven sales ability, listening skills, and a welcoming, down-to-earth personality that has earned her a loyal and devoted following from previous customers. She also works with various relocation companies to serve clients moving into and away from Houston.

Lisa has twin girls, Ashley and Cammile, both of whom are graduates of Texas A&M University. Ashley is currently teaching English and coaching swimming in the Dallas area. Cammile is a two time Olympian in swimming where she placed 5th in London and 4th in Rio. She is currently the owner of several swim schools around the Houston area.

Jeffrey Gill is an active Realtor® in the Houston Market with over 20-years' of real estaate experience. He holds an MBA from Texas A&M University – Commerce, in addition to a Bachelor's Degree in Operations and Management from Golden Gate University,

Jeff holds a Project Management Professional Certification, and is a member of The National Society of Leadership and Success, Phi Kappa Phi (the nation's oldest, largest, and most selective honor society for all academic disciplines), and Beta Gamma Sigma (the highest recognition a business student anywhere in the world can receive). Jeffrey also holds an FAA Airline Transport Pilot Certificate, having been a full-time airline pilot prior to getting into real estate.

Jeff's experience in real estate as an agent, loan officer, project director, and owner of several real estate franchises employing hundreds of agents ensures that he has seen it all from the boom of the late '90s to the bust of the Great Recession to the current nationwide real estate recovery. Jeffrey's hobbies include flying, competitive sports such as tennis and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and most of all, family time with his wife Claudia, his three beautiful daughters, Paula, Megan, and Madeline, and Archie and Triton, the family pets.
