I was born and raised in Kilgore, TX. After graduating from Stephen F. Austin State University, I moved to the Houston area. Houston is the place I met my husband and we decided to raise our twin daughters and son. I have dedicated my life to helping others. David joined his family business more than 2 decades ago and is now a licensed Broker, achieving well over 1000 hours of education. A graduate of Texas A&M and Leadership North Houston, David volunteers and supports the American Heart Association (Past Co-Chair), Cypress Creek EMS (Past Board Member), Frank Elementary PTO, Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo (Past Committee Chair, Current Vice Chair) and Klein Volunteer Fire Department (Past Firefighter), and more. David recently received the prestigious Klein ISD Distinguished Alumni Award while enjoying BBQing and fishing in what little time is left over. Summer Patton brought to the team a background of sales/marketing. She has over 15 years of experience as a Realtor and 2 decades in the industry. Also a graduate of Texas A&M, she enjoys Eventing, owning a horse, and being an equestrian for over 30 years. Summer supports the American Heart Association (Circle of Red, Past Co-Chair), Centrum Arts League (Past Gala Chair), Frank PTO, United States Eventing Association, and is a graduate of Leadership North Houston.

Jeffrey Gill is an active Realtor® in the Houston Market with over 20-years' of real estaate experience. He holds an MBA from Texas A&M University – Commerce, in addition to a Bachelor's Degree in Operations and Management from Golden Gate University,

Jeff holds a Project Management Professional Certification, and is a member of The National Society of Leadership and Success, Phi Kappa Phi (the nation's oldest, largest, and most selective honor society for all academic disciplines), and Beta Gamma Sigma (the highest recognition a business student anywhere in the world can receive). Jeffrey also holds an FAA Airline Transport Pilot Certificate, having been a full-time airline pilot prior to getting into real estate.

Jeff's experience in real estate as an agent, loan officer, project director, and owner of several real estate franchises employing hundreds of agents ensures that he has seen it all from the boom of the late '90s to the bust of the Great Recession to the current nationwide real estate recovery. Being completely bilingual, working with Spanish speaking clients and helping to bridge the language and culture gap between English-speakers in the U.S., and the rest of Latin America is another of his specialties.

Jeffrey's hobbies include flying, competitive sports such as tennis and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and most of all, family time with his wife Claudia, his three beautiful daughters, Paula, Megan, and Madeline, and Archie and Triton, the family pets.
