Much of James' 30 year career was not spent in real estate, but in the offshore oil and gas industry. He was an engineering consultant who managed subsea control systems for projects in the Gulf of Mexico that ranged up to $6 billion. His attention to detail, ability to see the big picture, and manage multiple vendors gives him an experience that you will not find in many agents. He brings an analytical aspect to real estate that gives his clients confidence in pricing their home to sell at the top end of the market on every transaction.

As a surgical nurse for 30 years it was time for a change. With a wife LaDonna getting chemo and a teenager Amelia I was looking for a career change that would allow me to stay on this side of town and spend more time with the family. I am also an active volunteer fireman with the Cy-Fair VFD dept. Joyce is a native of Houston, Texas, and a graduate of Crosby High School and Champion School of Real Estate. After working as a corporate accountant in the energy field for 20 years, she began her career in real estate in 1997, first as an accountant and office manager with a commercial real estate firm, then as full time real estate agent. With extensive personal connections in the community, and having lived here her entire life; this has enable her to effect real estate transactions that are mutually satisfactory for both buyer and seller. She always includes her personal, honest, caring touch for which she is well known, while keeping her goal to make a difference in peoples lives. Joyce has spent time in Africa, Mexico and Peru doing mission work. She and her husband have a very full personal life, with family and service to community and church.
