My name is Leigh Beard and I grew up Corpus Christi but have lived in the Houston/Cypress area since 2005. I've been working in Real Estate since 2017 and have loved every second of it. My only regret is not transitioning sooner. My first year I was named Rookie of the year and since then have been a Million Dollar Top Producer each year. I have worked with clients in almost every Houston Metro including Cypress, Katy, Spring, Conroe, Willis, Sugarland Missouri City, Brenham, The Heights, Tomball, Humble, Richmond and Pearland to name a few.
Buying a home is such a huge blessing but I also understand it can be stressful as well. I am here to walk each and every client through the process no matter if they are first time or seasoned home buyers/sellers. In my spare time I enjoy hanging out with my family and friends. I love volunteering with my church, trying new restaurants, going to concerts and comedy shows as well as visiting Houston Zoo. Born in Hot Springs Arkansas, I moved to Houston at a very young age and grew up in several parts of Houston. My son graduated the same high school that I did, and enjoyed the varsity football prestige. While growing up my grandmother and mother were successful Realtors for many years and several family members’ help build many homes in and around Houston. Despite the fact that my first carrier wasn’t in real estate, I have been around it in some form or another, my entire life. My career path lead me to work for twelve years at a fast pace fleet credit card company as an operations manager for one of the top twenty five banks. It was here that I learned a strong foundation of customer service skills, project and task management, negotiation, and the ability to multi task. After that, I was drawn to my passion of matching people with their dream home. I grew up here, raised a family here, and not only do I enjoy giving back to my community, but enjoy helping others buy (or sell) a home that they will love and raise their families in.
