Hello! I'm a dedicated real estate agent, bringing a unique blend of expertise and passion to the Houston/Cypress area, where I've had the privilege of living for over 20 years. My journey in the real estate industry is backed by 10 years of experience as a certified residential appraiser, providing me with a deep understanding of property values and market dynamics.

I have a special affinity for the Bridgeland neighborhooda testament to my love for the vibrant communities that make the Houston/Cypress area truly special. This neighborhood, with its beautiful landscapes and warm community spirit, embodies much of what I admire in a place to call home.

Chalise brings her 15 years of sales, customer service, marketing and event planning to Coldwell Banker United Cy-Fair. Prior to joining the Coldwell Banker United Team, Chalise has many different experiences in sales including insurance, apartment leasing, and education. My name is Janice Lee and I have been working in the real estate industry for 16 years. I am excited to continue my real estate career serving clients in Houston and the surrounding communities. My career in the Real Estate industry started in the Chicagoland/Indiana area. A few years ago, my husband retired as a captain on the Fire Department so we relocated to be near family.





I have my real estate license, certified marketing specialist designation, loan originator license, & notary public in the State of Texas. To be a successful real estate agent, I believe in focusing on the community. I am a member of a local Church & enjoy spending my time volunteering. In my spare time, I enjoy bowling, going on walks, watching baseball and hanging out with family & friends.

Shana Conner is a native Houstonian. As a way to combine her two greatest passions - helping others and real estate she became a REALTOR in 2014.

She earned a Bachelor's & Master's degree in Accounting from Prairie View A&M University. She began her career as an Accountant but later decided to make a career change to follow her dream & in her family's footsteps in investing & owning real estate. Her knowledge regarding current real estate market trends and her unmatched negotiation skills makes her an irreplaceable resource to her clients.

I am a retired military professional that has served over 25 years in the United States Army. During my military career, I have traveled to numerous countries around the world, experienced different cultures, and had the pleasure of working with some of the most amazing people imaginable. Although I am no longer in uniform, I have been presented the golden opportunity to serve the public in a different capacity as a licensed Realtor.
