Raised in St. Louis with five siblings, Karen grew up building furniture with her older brother, sparking her passion for home design and construction at a young age. She attended Missouri University of Science and Technology, graduating with a BS in Petroleum Engineering and a minor in Communications. Relocating to Houston, Karen then launched a successful career as an engineer and consultant in the oil and gas industry and earned a master's degree in Environmental Engineering from University of Houston.

Kimberley thoroughly enjoyed working to build a custom home project located at 22 Huntington Woods Estates in Tomball, Texas. During the two-year process of working with the architect and then implementing the design by making material selections and coordinating with the subcontractors, she learned a great deal. There were also a few spec homes that were built in Magnolia as well. Previously, Kimberley also had experience with Real Estate Investing with a portfolio of properties in which she did some staging.

In her free time, Kimberley enjoys spending time with her three children, reading, biking, playing with her dog, and participating and volunteering in the community. Kimberley is also a proud mother of a United States Marine. I have been in Houston since the age of two and feel truly blessed to say I am almost a native Houstonian. I grew up in the Memorial area and am a proud graduate of Texas A&M. I was a professional cheerleader in both the NFL and NBA cheering for The Houston Oilers and The Houston Rockets. I spent fifteen years working in pharmaceutical sales before working alongside my husband to build a commercial general construction firm.
