I was born and raised in Kilgore, TX. After graduating from Stephen F. Austin State University, I moved to the Houston area. Houston is the place I met my husband and we decided to raise our twin daughters and son. I have dedicated my life to helping others. I am confident that I can effectively communicate with each client to sell their home or purchase their dream home.

I was born and raised in Louisiana, but moved to Houston, Texas shortly after graduating from college. I instantly fell in love with the city and all of the endless opportunities. Since then I have become a Serial Entrepreneur running multiple businesses in the Social Service Field as well as in the Real Estate Industry as an Investor. I began my career in Real Estate in 2019 and I am excited to be working with you on this amazing and very meaningful journey! Joyce is a native of Houston, Texas, and a graduate of Crosby High School and Champion School of Real Estate. After working as a corporate accountant in the energy field for 20 years, she began her career in real estate in 1997, first as an accountant and office manager with a commercial real estate firm, then as full time real estate agent. With extensive personal connections in the community, and having lived here her entire life; this has enable her to effect real estate transactions that are mutually satisfactory for both buyer and seller. She always includes her personal, honest, caring touch for which she is well known, while keeping her goal to make a difference in peoples lives. Joyce has spent time in Africa, Mexico and Peru doing mission work. She and her husband have a very full personal life, with family and service to community and church. She finds fulfillment in meeting the needs of her family and community while keeping her faith in God as her top piority.

Zaynah Munoz has been in the real estate industry for over a decade. After years of experience working in multifamily property management, Zaynah realized her ideal career would be one that fulfilled her love for finding people a place to live as well as starting a family friendly business she could pass down to her children. Zaynah works tirelessly to help families all over the Houston area find their dream home by using her expertise of the Houston Housing Market.

Zaynah's success in the industry comes from her not viewing herself as a salesperson, but as someone who genuinely cares about her clients and wants the best for them. She prides herself on always going the extra mile. As a native Houstonian and first generation American, Zaynah loves the diversity, value and convenience the city has to offer. When not with her clients she can be found at the movie theater or relaxing at the beach with her two toddlers.
