As an experienced Realtor, representing both Sellers and Buyers within the City of Houston and surrounding areas, Vivian delights in helping her clients find their dream home. She enjoys educating her clients in the selling and buying process. She also offers her staging skills, knowledge of loan products and valuable title experience to her clients. Vivian is a native Houstonian who lives in the Cypress area. She is the mother of three daughters. She is active in church and bible studies. She has a passion for gardening and landscape design to which she often shares her passion with her clients as she teaches them how to beautify there own yards.

I am a native Texan, originally from Austin and have been in Houston since 1995. My background prior to Real Estate was in the Homebuilding industry for 11 years, where I was a Closing Coordinator. I represented the builder and managed the closing process from contract to close. Most recently, I was an Analyst in the Oil and Gas Industry. I am devoted to God and my family. I have been married to my husband and best friend, Adam for 14 years. I am also a proud mother of 2 children, Tyler and Lindsey. I enjoy cooking, spending time with my family and living life to the fullest. I epitomizes integrity, dedication, energy and hard work in every sense of the real estate transaction. I will use my experience and foresight to proactively address details before they become an issue and I pride myself on assisting my clients every step of the way!
