David joined his family business more than 2 decades ago and is now a licensed Broker, achieving well over 1000 hours of education. A graduate of Texas A&M and Leadership North Houston, David volunteers and supports the American Heart Association (Past Co-Chair), Cypress Creek EMS (Past Board Member), Frank Elementary PTO, Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo (Past Committee Chair, Current Vice Chair) and Klein Volunteer Fire Department (Past Firefighter), and more. David recently received the prestigious Klein ISD Distinguished Alumni Award while enjoying BBQing and fishing in what little time is left over. Summer Patton brought to the team a background of sales/marketing. She has over 15 years of experience as a Realtor and 2 decades in the industry. Also a graduate of Texas A&M, she enjoys Eventing, owning a horse, and being an equestrian for over 30 years. Rhonda is a native Houstonian with 20 years of real estate experience. She strives to provide personalized customer service to all her clients. She understands that buying and selling homes can be very emotional and confusing. She concentrates on educating the buyer and seller throughout the process and feels that attention to detail and accessibility to answer any questions is key to successful transactions.


Rhonda especially enjoys working with First Time Buyers. Her services also include Listings for Sellers, Resale Homes for Buyers, New Construction Sales, and Rentals.

Rhonda graduated from The University of Houston with a Masters of Business Administration and also received a Bachelors Degree in Economics from The University of Texas at Austin. She is a proud Longhorn and Kappa Delta alumni. She also graduated from local Jersey Village High School. Prior to a career in Real Estate, she worked at Arthur Andersen and Hewlett Packard as a Financial Analyst.
