I am a full-time, dedicated and proven real estate professional serving the northwest suburban area of Houston, including the Cypress, Katy, Tomball, Spring, and The Woodlands areas. I strongly believe in continuing education, and have obtained several advanced designations to enhance my skills as well as the services that I provide to my clients. I hold a broker license, and currently serve as Co-owner and Broker Associate of Elite Texas Properties.

My primary goal as an agent is to simplify the process of buying and selling real estate for my clients, while providing the expertise and attention required to bring the best possible outcome for my clients. Tammy is a passionate real estate agent who obtained her license at 18 and has held it for 22 years. She fulfilled her dream of becoming a business owner before following her heart back to real estate. Tammy and her husband have five children, and she is passionate about faith, family, and volunteering. She believes in giving back to the community and building lasting relationships with her clients. Tammy is committed to helping her clients achieve their real estate dreams with integrity, transparency, love, and fun.

After building more than a decade of experience as a successful real estate agent, Diane earned her broker's license in 2015 and turned her passion for real estate into a thriving business. Today, she excels in all areas of real estate, specializing in guiding first-time homebuyers through the process, as well as helping families sell and move up to their dream homes. Diane's newest area of expertise is helping homeowners downsize once their kids have left the nest. Diane has continued to advance a dream her mother first began in the early 80's, learning valuable trade insights and developing strong marketing skills to ensure each real estate transaction is conducted in the best interest of her clients. In addition to serving as a Houston-area real estate agent, Diane is also a successful real estate investor and property manager.

Born in Bay City and a Houston area resident for more than 25 years, Lisa Adams knows her way around town. A resident of Cypress, Lisa is familiar with neighborhoods in the Cypress, Spring, Tomball, Conroe, Magnolia, Montgomery, Kingwood and Humble areas. She particularly enjoys the wide-open lush green spaces and fresh, clean air that draw people to Houston’s northern subdivisions.

With college training in interior design and psychology and a background in sales and insurance, Lisa brings much to her profession: integrity, honesty, excellent customer service, proven sales ability, listening skills, and a welcoming, down-to-earth personality that has earned her a loyal and devoted following from previous customers. She also works with various relocation companies to serve clients moving into and away from Houston.

Lisa has twin girls, Ashley and Cammile, both of whom are graduates of Texas A&M University. Ashley is currently teaching English and coaching swimming in the Dallas area. Cammile is a two time Olympian in swimming where she placed 5th in London and 4th in Rio. She is currently the owner of several swim schools around the Houston area.
