Presently, utilizing my extensive professional background and my experience raising two children who were educated at home from a young age, I have expanded my skills as a seasoned realtor. After building more than a decade of experience as a successful real estate agent, Diane earned her broker's license in 2015 and turned her passion for real estate into a thriving business. Today, she excels in all areas of real estate, specializing in guiding first-time homebuyers through the process, as well as helping families sell and move up to their dream homes. Diane's newest area of expertise is helping homeowners downsize once their kids have left the nest. Diane has continued to advance a dream her mother first began in the early 80's, learning valuable trade insights and developing strong marketing skills to ensure each real estate transaction is conducted in the best interest of her clients. In addition to serving as a Houston-area real estate agent, Diane is also a successful real estate investor and property manager.

A native Houstonian who has lived in the northwest Houston, Cypress and Copperfield area for over 20 years, she focuses on neighborhoods in and around the northwest areas of Houston but is quite comfortable showing and selling throughout her hometown. Fluent in Spanish, she enjoys working with international clients as well.

Married, with two children and three dogs, Carmen says hers is a very active family very involved in outdoor activities revolving around the children, including swimming at the pool, beach, water parks, baseball. They also like to support community events and attend festivals in surrounding areas. Carmen herself enjoys volunteering at the children's school and serving at her church.

After studying real estate and business in college, Tammi initially worked for a large institutional lender as a property & leasing manager overseeing a portfolio of mid-rise office buildings, retail strip centers and industrial facilities. She then joined a national retailer as their Director of Real Estate, Store Services & Construction overseeing all of their real estate holdings, with specific expertise in strategic planning through market analysis, site selection and financial structuring for new stores. Most recently she managed an escrow office for Stewart Title providing comprehensive closing services while personally facilitating transactions ranging from $2 to $45 million for various types of properties including residential, acreage, ranch properties, multi-family complexes and office facilities. Her diversified and extensive background in the real estate industry, coupled with a philosophy that customer service is simply a genuine desire to exceed a client's expectations, Tammi provides a solid foundation of experience, integrity and hard work in every detail of your real estate transaction.

It could be said that either, you have a passion for real estate or you simply don't. Without a shadow of doubt, Richard has that passion. He achieved is first real estate license at the age of 18 years old in Johannesburg South Africa. Ever since getting his license, all he has known is residential real estate. Evidence of this, are the best listing and best selling awards he has received in his early years. His passion and energy has served him well. By the age of 21 years old, he was managing an estate agency consisting of 25 experienced estate agents. But that was not enough, with a bold vision and an idea, he decided to go into partnership and start his own residential brokerage in 2009. During this time, Richard earned the esteemed designation of Master Practitioner in Real Estate. He successfully grew the business into a leading estate agency in Alberton & Johannesburg South area in South Africa.

By 2017 a new challenge was calling. He founded Stratton Real Estate in Johannesburg. The business quickly grew into a successful boutique brokerage, which delivered a more personal "white-glove" experience. In 2019, Richard immigrated to Houston Texas, and instantly fell in love with the city and its people. They say, "you might not have been born in Texas, but you got here as quick as you could." For Richard, this is true. He is always very excited to show new comers to Houston why this is the best place for them and their family. Richard's ability to succeed and become a leading estate agent can be attributed to some key traits which makes him stand out from the crowd, namely his high energy, caring, friendly and compassionate nature. When Richard is not shaking up the Houston residential property market, he is spending his time with is beautiful wife Roxanne. Richard's guilty pleasure is Tex-Mex, Texas BBQ and desserts. So if you like good food, just ask Richard where the best restaurants are. Richard is a big sport fans. Growing up just outside of Newcastle, England, he is a huge Newcastle United fan, and he is also a big Rugby fan and not to mention an enthusiastic Texans fan. Richard always welcomes a little friendly banter from opposing sports fans.
