I was born and raised in Houston Texas. I grew up in Spring Branch and have lived in the NW Houston area all my life. There has been many changes in this town since I was a little girl and its been exciting to watch our city grow, prosper and thrive. It's been a blessing growing up and raising my own two boys here. David joined his family business more than 2 decades ago and is now a licensed Broker, achieving well over 1000 hours of education. A graduate of Texas A&M and Leadership North Houston, David volunteers and supports the American Heart Association (Past Co-Chair), Cypress Creek EMS (Past Board Member), Frank Elementary PTO, Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo (Past Committee Chair, Current Vice Chair) and Klein Volunteer Fire Department (Past Firefighter), and more. David recently received the prestigious Klein ISD Distinguished Alumni Award while enjoying BBQing and fishing in what little time is left over. Summer Patton brought to the team a background of sales/marketing. She has over 15 years of experience as a Realtor and 2 decades in the industry. He achieved is first real estate license at the age of 18 years old in Johannesburg South Africa. Ever since getting his license, all he has known is residential real estate.
