Cheryl Renee Hugh has been around the real estate industry for over 20 years. Her parents were investors and her mother was a mortgage broker and currently is a Realtor in Louisiana. Cheryl has seen the rewards of satisfied clients over the years and believes with her desire and willingness to assist others; she will be able to achieve much success as a real estate agent. Cheryl believes God and family come first. She also believes clients should be a priority and that great customer service is a key factor to satisfying clients.

Jeremy Kartchner is a Real Estate Sales Agent with the RE/MAX Property Group, based in Cypress, Texas. He brings to the table over 22 years of experience in real estate development, and real estate investment in Texas. He graduated from Brigham Young University in 2001, and later received his Master's Degree from Texas A&M in 2005. Through international business dealings and travel, Jeremy has experienced the multi-cultural differences around the world including; Argentina, Libya, Tunisia, Malaysia, India, Hungary, Mexico, and many more. In 2019, Jeremy and his wife (through corporate relocation) moved their family and lived in Buenos Aires, Argentina for two years. Though this and many other experiences, Jeremy has become a relocation expert, having been through the process himself, he knows first-hand the stress and challenges a buyer or seller may face in the corporate relocation process. Jeremy is also well versed in purchasing and selling vacation homes, short term rental investments and residential investment opportunities throughout the state including the Rio Grande Valley's Opportunity Zones. Jeremy brings in-depth life, business, and real estate experience to every transaction which is very rare in the real estate industry. This real world experience works as a competitive strength and advantage to his clients. He is also fluent in Spanish.

Amy Cross has been an active member of the Cypress community since 2012 serving as a Director on the MUD 501 board, participating in the neighborhood watch program, and President of her HOA.. She is so excited to be turning that community focus toward real estate. With a passion for service in the Cypress area and having a strong background in Marketing, Sales, Leadership, and Management, Amy possesses the exceptional skills to effectively aid you whether it be selling your home or buying your dream home. Moving to Houston in 2012, she fell in love with the area and the people and is so happy to call Cypress home.
