Hello! I'm a dedicated real estate agent, bringing a unique blend of expertise and passion to the Houston/Cypress area, where I've had the privilege of living for over 20 years. My journey in the real estate industry is backed by 10 years of experience as a certified residential appraiser, providing me with a deep understanding of property values and market dynamics.

I have a special affinity for the Bridgeland neighborhooda testament to my love for the vibrant communities that make the Houston/Cypress area truly special. This neighborhood, with its beautiful landscapes and warm community spirit, embodies much of what I admire in a place to call home.

Korey Barnett was born and raised in Cypress, where he and his family currently reside. After graduating from Cy-Fair ISD, Korey moved to College Station and graduated from Texas A&M University. He comes in as a Real Estate Agent after six years on the Texas A&M Football Coaching Staff where he specialized in data analytics. Also actively involved in the recruiting process at Texas A&M, he has acquired the skills needed to guide clients through big decisions and help put them at ease while navigating all options. With his in-depth knowledge of Houston and its surrounding areas, as well as his analytical background, he will bring a unique perspective for all clients he represents. As a Real Estate Broker/Owner, Sarah has been in the Real Estate Business since 1999. As a Former Educator for 16 years, she taught in the Cypress Fairbanks School District, Katy Independent School District, and the Leavenworth Public School System. She currently teaches three to four classes a month serving as a Certified Real Estate Adjunct Instructor for one of the largest and most successful real estate schools in the Houston area. As a spouse of a Retired Military Army Lieutenant Colonel, moving and relocating is an experience that she not only knows about, but has the skills and abilities to help others; whether relocating to another state or just across town. The Military Relocation Professional (MRP) certification has added to she ability to help military families relocate when it is time.
