He achieved is first real estate license at the age of 18 years old in Johannesburg South Africa. Ever since getting his license, all he has known is residential real estate. In 2019, Richard immigrated to Houston Texas, and instantly fell in love with the city and its people. They say, "you might not have been born in Texas, but you got here as quick as you could."
