Krista Stoutner is the real deal when it comes to real estate. This honest, loyal and hardworking Realtor genuinely loves to help others. She does not see this profession as a "sales" profession, she views it as a "service" profession. Given her love for working with and meeting new people, it's no surprise customer service has consistently been at the foundation and forefront of Krista's professional career. Having earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Management, and a Master of Education specializing in Counseling, coupled with a varied background from working as a receptionist/secretary in a law firm, to restaurant manager, event planner and addictions counselor, Krista has learned how to successfully work with people from very diverse backgrounds and needing assistance with a variety of situations.

A good listener, Krista knows how to discern and deliver what her clients want. Taught by her mother to never give up, by her stepfather the no-nonsense side of business and by her father the value of planning and patience, she goes above and beyond to fix a problem. Whether the process is obstacle-free or challenging, putting a smile on someone's face makes her day. Krista hails from Lubbock, Texas and has resided in Houston since 2001. She currently lives in Cypress with her husband and four children. She enjoys spending time with her family, playing tennis, reading, Bunco and teaching Sunday school. She is also a member of the Fairfield MOM's Club.

I have lived in west Houston for over 30 cumulative years.  This has given me a strong appreciation for Houston and all that it has to offer!  My sphere of influence covers a wide range of people including childhood friends, fellow church members, oil field professionals, staffing, and all the support people and friends I have met along the way. 

I am blessed to be surrounded by wonderful people; particularly my daughter, Ashlyn. Family, friends and community are extremely important to me!

I am a results-focused professional with 20+ years in the work force.  I began my career in Human Resource Management and transitioned to real estate 4 years ago.  I started in this industry by working with a close friend as her assistant while learning to ropes.  Ed and I also started managing our own vacation rental properties in Gatlinburg TN in 2014. We have purchased, gutted and rehabilitated properties in the area and look forward to continuing this side of the business.  I am a hungry member of the NextHome Realty Center Team who can't wait to help you or a friend with their real estate needs. My primary areas of focus are Cypress and Northwest Houston neighborhoods (Cy-Fair ISD), where I have was raised and now enjoy raising my daughter.  My goal is to provide better customer service than I would expect to receive and that my clients walk away satisfied.  My favorite accolade is a referral!
