I can close loans anywhere in the state. While the bulk of my real estate business is in West and Northwest Houston, I have closed all over town from The Woodlands down to Galveston Island and everywhere in between.
I am a lifetime resident of Cypress and reside in Fairfield. My wife is a former Houston Police Officer and currently is a Pre-K teacher in CFISD. We have three adult kids.

Estelle Manning, who is known by her friends and family as Stella, grew up in Cypress, TX, and graduated from Cy Fair High School before attending Georgia Institute of Technology to get her Bachelors Degree in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering. She became a licensed real estate agent in 2022.
