Sterling is focused on serving clients through all aspects of buying and selling homes as well as residential leases. His commitment & passion to serving his clients and willingness to go the extra yard has driven him to provide top-notch service to his clients.







Prior to pursuing a career in real estate, Sterling first attended Dallas Baptist University where he played ice hockey & ran track. He then transferred to Texas A&M University where he earned a Bachelor's Degree in Agribusiness, while also officiating junior & collegiate ice hockey on the side & coaching hockey camps over the summer. He also grew his business Sterling Knife Sharpening and built its reputation as one that provides top-notch quality service to its clients, which he still operates today.







In addition to that, he was invited to the NHL's Officiating Combine in 2017, and has officiated various levels of ice hockey including junior, collegiate, and pro.







The skills he has gained from playing, officiating, & coaching ice hockey as well as operating a service based business have translated seamlessly to his real estate career. Sterling also has a tremendous passion for the outdoors & still coaches & officiates hockey to this day. When he isn't working with clients, you can usually find him at hunting & fishing with friends or at the hockey rink, or just merely being outdoors.

Anna G. Escobar is a licensed Real Estate Agent in the state of Texas, a REALTOR and member of the National Association of Realtors and Houston Association of Realtors. Anna earned a Master of Arts Degree from N.Novgorod Linguistic University in Russia, majoring in Language Studies and Philology. Work experience as an ESL instructor at various private language schools in Houston, as well as a Russian language Instructor at Berlitz USA has furthered her expertise and knowledge in consumer relationships and outstanding customer service, fundamental to her Real Estate career.

Anna resides in Cypress, TX with her husband Enrique and their 5 children. She maintains an excellent personal and professional reputation as she is trustworthy, kind and well organized.
