As a Former Educator for 16 years, she taught in the Cypress Fairbanks School District, Katy Independent School District, and the Leavenworth Public School System. She currently teaches three to four classes a month serving as a Certified Real Estate Adjunct Instructor for one of the largest and most successful real estate schools in the Houston area. As a spouse of a Retired Military Army Lieutenant Colonel, moving and relocating is an experience that she not only knows about, but has the skills and abilities to help others; whether relocating to another state or just across town. The Military Relocation Professional (MRP) certification has added to she ability to help military families relocate when it is time. Nieda Banks moved to Houston, Texas over 19 years ago from Tulsa, Oklahoma and has since called Houston home. Prior to becoming a Realtor she worked in the medical industry as a Surgical Technologist.That experience taught her the importance of being knowledgable, precise and leaving no room for error when it comes to making home buying decisions for her clients.

Jennifer Elizalde serves the Northwest Houston areas including Cypress, NW Houston, Tomball, Katy, Magnolia and Waller. She is the Broker/Owner of Real Strategy Property Group and brings more than 5 years experience in residential real estate representing sellers, buyers, investors and renters along with 8 years experience in commercial property management. Before moving to Houston 10 years ago, Jennifer attended Texas A&M University earning her Masters in Real Estate. Houston has now become her home and she is here to help you find yours!
