Born and raised in Magnolia, Tx. I went on to play softball at the collegiate level at Belhaven University, where I graduated with a Bachelors of Science degree. My first job was a Division One softball coach and recruiting coordinator at Sam Houston State University. After years of helping athletes become the best version of themselves, I joined the real estate industry to continue helping families and individuals build their better life.

I have a natural born passion for helping others. My competitive spirit and grounded work rhythm make me a great partner for home buyers and sellers.

Outside of real estate, I enjoy the outdoors with my husband, daughter, and Frank, our rescue dog. Im also a loyal fan to my brother, a professional bull rider.

Having lived in Houston and all surrounding areas for over 50 years, Victoria has made Houston her "home base" and the place where memories have been made. Victoria has been a Full Time Real Estate Professional since 2003. Her experience is in the transactions of purchase, sell, commercial, new construction, foreclosures, and rental. She has built a solid foundation of clients through her professionalism, attention to detail and communication in the needs of her clients. She recognizes and values the trust they place in her therefore, she strives every day to exceed their expectations. She is a Certified Staging Professional and VA Certified. Her technology experience with social media such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter and Google identify her as tech savvy. In the Real Estate Profession, being on top of technology is important since a recent study has shown that 80% of Internet users use their mobile devices for online activity. Being raised in the local area gives her experience in the transaction of purchase, sales, construction, foreclosures, and rental throughout the Houston area. She provides the finest service available. Her previous career for 8 years was education, and now the Real Estate business is a contribution of the teaching process she found so satisfying in her previous years. Outside of Real Estate, Victoria is enjoying spending time with friends and family. She loves the outdoors, keeping healthy and dancing. Active in the community, she takes pride in giving back and is a part of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo Committee, Volunteer for Children's Hospital and supports her church activities.

I am a native Houstonian and a resident of Cypress since 1988. I obtained my real estate license in 2016 after more than 20 years in the oil and gas field. My first year in real estate, I was awarded with a Top Producer award for the Howard Hughes Corporation, the developer of Bridgeland and The Woodlands. Real estate has always been a passion of mine and with my daughter grown, I was finally in a position to make it my career focus. Always focused on what my clients want, I feel as if I have found my true calling in real estate serving my clients and guiding them through one of the biggest investments of their lives. Living in Houston all of my life, I am familiar with all areas of town, but maintain my focus in Northwest Houston. Currently I am a Realtor with Sky Real Estate Professionals and continue to serve clients in the Cypress/Tomball/Spring area.

I relocated to Cypress, Texas from St. Paul, Minnesota with my husband and our 4 cats in 2017 to be near the ocean and enjoy balmier weather. I love exploring Houston and the beautiful neighborhoods that surround the city. Prior to becoming an agent, I worked for 15+ years in the payroll industry which means I am no stranger to staying organized with paperwork or keeping up with changing laws and regulations. I enjoy being able to bring my experience in relocating to others moving to our vibrant city. Houston is very spread out and this can be overwhelming for any buyer but I'm here to be your guide from start to finish.

As a native Houstonian and seasoned professional, I have spent my career honing my skills in customer service, networking, negotiation, and building trusted relationships. During my tenure as an Inside Sales Representative at Parker Hannifin, I garnered invaluable experience collaborating with colleagues, upholding high standards of professionalism, and ensuring customers received exceptional care.





Following this, I established Sweetie's Treats, a successful business where I utilized my expertise to develop meaningful connections with clients. Throughout my 8-year tenure, I dedicated myself to delivering the utmost in professionalism, exceptional customer service, and creating visually appealing and delectable treats. In doing so, I developed a loyal following who felt more like family than customers.





Presently, utilizing my extensive professional background and my experience raising two children who were educated at home from a young age, I have expanded my skills as a seasoned realtor. My aim is to help clients pursue their dreams of acquiring their dream homes, and approach each engagement with respect, communication, competency, and integrity.
