I point out items in a home that sell well or sell poorly to help with your decision. When Selling your home, we provide help in staging and preparing your home to sell. It’s a Beauty Contest. We know what buyers like the most in features of a home and also know how to make your home ready for sale in the most effective, least expensive ways to win the Beauty Contest and Sell your home Higher and the least Days on Market. We market both your home and subdivision to show all the positive amenities they have to offer. Buyers want information and we make sure our marketing provides it. I and our Team have a proven track record and we proudly display or HAR survey ratings completed by all our clients. These rating show we provide excellent customer service, have high competency in our market, communicate well and Strong market Knowledge.
