He is a retired 16 year Houston on-air personality with 104.1 KRBE morning show, ESPN radio 97.5 and 89.3 KSBJ radio. Growing up in Memorial, he was introduced at a very early age to the value of participating in non-profit organizations. His grandfather, Jack Holloway, was one of the founders for the non-profit Spring Branch Memorial Sports Association. He has a passion for helping people evidenced by an impressive statistic of assisting in raising over 5 million dollars for Non-Profit organizations since 2012 and partnering with 50 non-profits locally and nationally in 2017 in fundraising. He is the Vice-Chairman and a member of the 290 HAR board.

Peyton is a Houston native who has been working for the past decade in the Houston area in marketing and management. He brings a lifetime of knowledge in farm and ranch having the Texas Longhorn Breeder Association of America certification. He believes in providing unsurpassed customer service and is as professional as they come. Peyton represents both buyers and sellers in the northwest Houston area. He is a University of Houston alum in Finance and Economics.

Joyce is a native of Houston, Texas, and a graduate of Crosby High School and Champion School of Real Estate. After working as a corporate accountant in the energy field for 20 years, she began her career in real estate in 1997, first as an accountant and office manager with a commercial real estate firm, then as full time real estate agent. With extensive personal connections in the community, and having lived here her entire life; this has enable her to effect real estate transactions that are mutually satisfactory for both buyer and seller. She always includes her personal, honest, caring touch for which she is well known, while keeping her goal to make a difference in peoples lives.
