Randy Connell brings 28 years of business experience with him into his real estate career. Randy was in the retail industry where he spent a majority of his time in an executive management role. He has experience in multi-unit management as well as retail site selection and investment real estate. He is known for his strong ethics, trustworthiness, problem solving, and people skills. Randy’s extensive background in the customer service industry gives him the ability to work through all types of situations and he always puts his clients first. He has a Bachelors degree in Marketing from Texas Tech University, and specializes in general commercial real estate. His wife Jaime Connell is also a realtor specializing in residential sales.

For the last 20 years Ted has worked as an Executive Director in Senior Living communities. Throughout his time in leadership he had developed some cornerstones (or core values) that he has used to direct his business. They are a customer service focus, attention to details. and lastly the dedication to see things through from the beginning to the end. Ted switched careers because he wanted to do something different that matters, is meaningful and helps others much like what he valued while working with people in Healthcare. She earned a Bachelor's & Master's degree in Accounting from Prairie View A&M University. She began her career as an Accountant but later decided to make a career change to follow her dream & in her family's footsteps in investing & owning real estate. Kenton is a native Houstonian and was raised from 6th grade in the Cypress area. He graduated from Langham Creek high school and attended Texas State University. After a seven-year period of living in San Marcos Texas, San Antonio Texas, and Phoenix Arizona, he has returned home with a passion for Real Estate!
