After serving in the military for 4 years, I further pursue my education and graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Business at the University of Houston. My degree in business coupled with my passion to care for children, I opened up my own business in Childcare industry. Thru hard work, dedication and perseverance, me and my business partner/husband grow the business and have branched out on another location. My interest in real estate started from the time we were looking for the daycare locations. I have always been hands on and involved the entire time. It was then I discovered my fascination in real state. After years of watching real state TVs, attending seminars and growing passion in the Real Estate, I decided to get my license. Krystyn Rawlinson is an experienced professional who brings more than 20 years of real estate experience to her role as the office manager. She has been with the office since 2012 and takes pride in providing the best assistance to our agents possible. As NextHome Realty Center's office manager, she is responsible for overseeing the day to day operations and serves as our compliance coordinator, reviewing all contracts and addenda. Kimberley's Houston roots run deep. Having grown up in the Cypress area and attended Lone Star College, Kimberley feels a strong connection to the Northwest Houston area. Kimberley thoroughly enjoyed working to build a custom home project located at 22 Huntington Woods Estates in Tomball, Texas. During the two-year process of working with the architect and then implementing the design by making material selections and coordinating with the subcontractors, she learned a great deal. There were also a few spec homes that were built in Magnolia as well. Previously, Kimberley also had experience with Real Estate Investing with a portfolio of properties in which she did some staging.

In her free time, Kimberley enjoys spending time with her three children, reading, biking, playing with her dog, and participating and volunteering in the community. Kimberley is also a proud mother of a United States Marine. She says, Being a patriotic American and having a son in the Marine Corps has also paved the way to hope and help those in our military by working with them in their real estate needs!
