Jeremy Kartchner is a Real Estate Sales Agent with the RE/MAX Property Group, based in Cypress, Texas. He brings to the table over 22 years of experience in real estate development, and real estate investment in Texas. He graduated from Brigham Young University in 2001, and later received his Master's Degree from Texas A&M in 2005. Through international business dealings and travel, Jeremy has experienced the multi-cultural differences around the world including; Argentina, Libya, Tunisia, Malaysia, India, Hungary, Mexico, and many more. In 2019, Jeremy and his wife (through corporate relocation) moved their family and lived in Buenos Aires, Argentina for two years. Though this and many other experiences, Jeremy has become a relocation expert, having been through the process himself, he knows first-hand the stress and challenges a buyer or seller may face in the corporate relocation process. Jeremy is also well versed in purchasing and selling vacation homes, short term rental investments and residential investment opportunities throughout the state including the Rio Grande Valley's Opportunity Zones. Vannessa is a native Houstonian and has witnessed the area's phenomenal growth firsthand. Her fiancé Lance is an IT Network genius and game aficionado with a penchant for woodworking. When he's not engrossed in games or covered in sawdust, they enjoy supporting the local restaurant scene, which also indulges her propensity for snapping foodie photos to share on social media.

Vannessa knows her way around the kitchen as well, and will gladly provide your choice of gumbo or Texas Red as a closing gift upon request. She loves winding down with creative endeavors, and snuggling with the family cats and Boston Terriers.

She also enjoys giving back to the community and supporting local. She is currently a Support Manager for Metta's Local Eats Dine Out for Charity program, partnered with Cy-Fair Helping Hands to help fight hunger and homelessness in Cypress and the surrounding areas.

As a third-generation realtor, Christine has worked is almost every aspect of real estate and can best be described as responsible and hardworking.
