Dondra was first licensed in real estate in 1983 in another state. She has been in the Houston area for a total of 35 years. Dondra brings her knowledge and experience to AVOREC. Bill has been a V.P. of Sales and Marketing, A CEO and President of a home building company prior to entering the Real Estate Market. Heidi Carrasco grew up in the Southeast side of Houston. She has lived in Houston the majority of her life and is so excited to be turning that community focus toward real estate.

She enjoys helping those seeking to downsize from large homes to one story and 55+ housing.

Ms. Duke is a Realtor who is also an Interior Designer and award-winning home Stager. Margo offers FREE HOME STAGING of occupied homes for those who list with her.

Margo Duke has an extensive background of 25 years in all phases of Real Estate. She attended Lamar University in Beaumont, majoring in Real Estate. She was one of the first female Appraisers in Austin before becoming a FEMA Housing Inspector. She continued her love of Real Estate education and her desire to be a well rounded resource for Clients. Margo served as a Senior Loan Officer and was a Marketing Director where she won the Realtor's Association Affiliate of the Year award. Ms. Duke spent several years in Washington's wine country as a Real Estate Broker for a luxury boutique firm who are sponsors of the Seattle Seahawks. Margo served on the Board of Directors for her local MLS.
