I'm familiar with the lifestyle and traditions of the area and can answer many of your questions as well as direct you to the many resources available. I have always had an interest in Real Estate so I attended school in College Station where I obtained my degree and became a Certified Real Estate Agent while training in Brazos County with other established agents in that area. Hello! I'm a dedicated real estate agent, bringing a unique blend of expertise and passion to the Houston/Cypress area, where I've had the privilege of living for over 20 years. My journey in the real estate industry is backed by 10 years of experience as a certified residential appraiser, providing me with a deep understanding of property values and market dynamics.

I have a special affinity for the Bridgeland neighborhooda testament to my love for the vibrant communities that make the Houston/Cypress area truly special. This neighborhood, with its beautiful landscapes and warm community spirit, embodies much of what I admire in a place to call home.

My guiding principle,

Linda is a veteran of the military and has been in real estate since 2011. Linda served a total of 23 years in the Army/Army Reserve/Navy Reserve and retired in 2013. Linda has a passion for veterans and helping them navigate their well earned benefits.

Texas is the fourth state Linda has been licensed in since starting her real estate career. She was first licensed in California, Massachusetts, then Washington state. Linda moved to Texas in July 2022 with her husband, 3 children and German Shepherd.

Stacy Hedrick is a professional Realtor. She grew up on the west side of Houston in the neighboring city of Katy, where she was introduced into a life of business as the owner and operator of a commercial cleaning service for more than ten years. She then moved to the nearby community of Cypress, where she and her family of four have now resided for the past twenty years.

Stacy has been a licensed realtor for more than a decade, and has been dealing with real estate in the residential sector, with a primary focus on the city of Cypress and its highly developed environment.
