Candace is a native Houstonian with Cypress roots. Growing up in the Cypress area, she has seen this community evolve into so much more then when she was younger, there is so much to offer here in Cypress. Candace can help with your home selling, buying, leasing and investing anywhere in the Houston and surrounding areas, she specializes in Cypress and Northwest Houston.

Candace earned her Bachelors in Business Administration in 2005 from Sam Houston State University. At this time she was working full time in the financial side of business but decided she wanted to explore the exciting life of a real estate agent. She then went straight into earning her license in real estate and started her career as a Realtor in 2006. Now she is a full time Realtor with over 10 years of experience. Candace also has her own photography business in the Cypress area. She knows marketing strategies, she is organized, a multi-tasker, negotiator that will steer your deal from start to finish. Her experience combined with her knowledge of the area will give you comfort in knowing you are in good hands.

Candace currently resides in Cypress with her husband, two kids and two dogs. When she isn't working she is usually at the ballpark with her kids. She enjoys spending time with her family and socializing with friends.

Estelle Manning, who is known by her friends and family as Stella, grew up in Cypress, TX, and graduated from Cy Fair High School before attending Georgia Institute of Technology to get her Bachelors Degree in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering. She became a licensed real estate agent in 2022.

Real Estate is her passion. Helping members of her community to buy their dream home, find the perfect rental, or sell their property seamlessly is her goal.

With a background in Chemical Engineering, Estelle has developed a strong attention to detail in any transaction. Prior to pursuing a career in real estate, Sterling first attended Dallas Baptist University where he played ice hockey & ran track. He then transferred to Texas A&M University where he earned a Bachelor's Degree in Agribusiness, while also officiating junior & collegiate ice hockey on the side & coaching hockey camps over the summer. He also grew his business Sterling Knife Sharpening and built its reputation as one that provides top-notch quality service to its clients, which he still operates today.







In addition to that, he was invited to the NHL's Officiating Combine in 2017, and has officiated various levels of ice hockey including junior, collegiate, and pro.







The skills he has gained from playing, officiating, & coaching ice hockey as well as operating a service based business have translated seamlessly to his real estate career. His ability to navigate difficult situations, work well with others, make sound decisions, have patience, as well as his drive to provide a high level of service have been staples for what he provides in the real estate world. He is focused on putting each of his clients in a winning situation.







Sterling also has a tremendous passion for the outdoors & still coaches & officiates hockey to this day. When he isn't working with clients, you can usually find him at hunting & fishing with friends or at the hockey rink, or just merely being outdoors.

Texas has been my Home-Sweet-Home since 2007 when I was welcomed as a student at the University of Houston from Burkina Faso . I since fell in love with the City of Houston. Those who met for the first time will describe me as charismatic, hospitable, hardworking and trustworthy.
