Before transitioning into management, I spent 13 years as a successful real estate agent, honing my skills in home sales and negotiations. Ralph Hamilton is an accomplished seasoned business professional who has spent over 30 years living in Houston, Texas.  He brings a variety of corporate world  experience in the Telecommunications, Energy and Home Automation/Commercial Security industry.  He brings a true passion for Real Estate, through his own personal experience of buying/selling homes in all areas of the Houston and Metropolitan area, which led him to continuous developing of his own Real Estate client base.    He is a father of 4 children, 8 grandchildren and spends a colorful life with his lovely wife Michelle.

After completing my studies at Texas A&M in 1995, I began cutting my teeth in the real estate industry. Through the journey that ensued, I gained valuable knowledge in the foundation repair, property management, home repair, investment property, electrical, and general construction sectors. Fast forward 2 decades, I'm able to utilize my diverse experience to better serve my clients in realizing their real estate dreams.

A resident of Houston since 2007, Andrea knows the Houston area well! A graduate of the University of Houston, she attended and earned a Bachelor's Degree of Science. After the purchase of her first investment property, a duplex that also served as her primary residence, she was able to learn about different types of designs and how to manage renovations while staying within a budget. Then, with the acquisition of her second investment property, she transitioned to the rental process, from marketing, screening, finding qualified tenants, maintenance and management of her rental properties. These experiences caused her to have a love and passion for real estate that led to her becoming a licensed Texas Realtor ®.
