As a transplant to Texas, I have a unique perspective on our great State and all the things it has to offer. Originally from Indiana, we relocated our family to Texas in 2008. Tired of the cold, grey Indiana winters, we wanted to make a move south. Luckily for us, I had the pleasure of working as an Administrative Service Manager for one of the best Construction/ maintenance contractors in the country, and they made our move to Angleton a reality. In 2015 (our children now grown), my husband and I relocated to San Antonio with his employer and in 2016 they moved us again to Spring.
Having had so many home transactions in such a short time I realized what an impact a Realtor can have on your home buying and selling experience. Buying/ selling a home is one of the biggest and most stressful transactions a family will make. Hattie offers 11 years Real Estate experience with a Sales and Marketing background and a Bachelors' Degree in Business Administration. As a life-long resident of the Dallas-Fort Worth, I have in-depth knowledge and appreciation of the metroplex and its surrounding communities. In 2015, Tarrant and Dallas counties posted the sixth and ninth largest jump in population in the country! It follows that residential and commercial real estate play an important role in the continual growth of these communities, and I am excited to be a part of it!
I have worked as a cost accountant for 10 years prior to real estate, and my background in accounting/finance will help clients accurately identify the current (and potential future) value of each property. Whether it involves residential, multi-unit, or commercial properties, I have a keen sense of recognizing the "diamond in the rough".
